Kyle became a licensed REALTOR® in 1998. As a member of the REALTOR® organization, Kyle conducts his business with professionalism and integrity. At this time, Kyle is also a member of MLS, MOR, MAR, NAR and is ePro certified. He is working on his GRI designation. Kyle stays current in the real estate business by attending seminars and continuing his education. This continued and diverse education allows him to represent his clients as a prepared professional.
Being a fifth generation Montanan and a third generation Missoulian fosters Kyle's strong ties with and commitment to the Missoula community. He is a devoted husband and father, with two beautiful daughters and is dedicated to spending time with his family. When his oldest daughter began elementary school, Kyle became a member of the Hellgate Elementary School PTA.
Wanting to capture the beauty of his extended community, Kyle attended both the Summer Intensive course and the Digital Intensive course at Missoula's Rocky Mountain School of Photography. Kyle's knowledge of the area and involvement in the community gives his clients the hometown advantage.
Kyle understands real estate. He has personal experience purchasing investment properties and professional experience as a property manager.
Kyle's education, along with his personal and professional history, developed in him essential customer service skills. Each of these experiences shaped his understanding of how to listen and effectively communicate with people.
